The undoubtedly even greater idea (for those that care) would be for this forum to devise a less clumsy way of marking a thread solved than manually editing the topic of the initial post...
Perhaps a SOLVED button!

I suggest that when post a new topic window opens after "POST A NEW TOPIC" , or somewhere prominent put a reminder to edit as solved when there was a resolution of the problem.
Great idea!

Re: [Closed] LM forum request- easy Bookmarks and Subscriptions access

On using browser bookmarks: To manage a large number of bookmarks, you can create categories and then organize bm's by the category. Also, you can edit the description each of one to make it more meaningful to you and easier to find. I keep my favorite 20 bm's in the bm toolbar. There names can also...

Re: Dropbox's New Rules

Looks like the solution may be in the message:

"How to fix:
So your files can start syncing again, choose a new location for your Dropbox folder:
xxxxxxx-LMDE, Linux 4.9.0-8-amd64
Move Dropbox to an Ext4 drive"

Someone else will have to help with that.

Good luck!

I received a message that my dropbox will cease to work soon with my LMDE installation (as I'm sure many did). What are folks using for a replacement? Or is there a work around that I'm unaware of?
Can you give the details of the message?

And you need to be in the vboxusers group (on the host).
@ajgringo619: Thanks, that's the piece I was missing! That and a reboot fixed it.
Thanks everyone for helping :!:
Will mark it SOLVED.

Re: Xreader annotations are missing when I email a PDF

@Boca please try saving the your annotated file with a slightly different name. I had this problem once when I was in the M/S world using a 3rd party PDF reader.

Someone told me years ago that you can not use the OEM key on another PC or a VM. It may be a legal thing as well as a technical issue!
