I am going to delete the data base and web site. But can some one tell me how to change the default editor on Filezilla to some thing better so I do not do this again?

I edited the config file on a website and Libre Office came up as the default editor. I edited the file and reuploaded it. Now cannot access website. Because wrong file format I realise now. How can I re-edit the config file back into php and how can I set the proper default program for php file edi...

Thanks. So weird. It was in the trash and cannot work out how that happened. I cut and pasted the file back in Home and all good now . When I tried to drag and drop it just made a link to the .local/share/ trash address. Thanks for your help ❤

I have lost the Downloads folder. If I go to the file icon on the panel bar there is no Downloads folder listed. Yes. It came this way. I have never given ay thought to this. Should I format all my future external drives to this? I installed GParted and changed the file system to ext4. I didn't disable secure boot or go back to an older kernel or any thing. Just ran the code you posted and rebooted and all well for me. Thank you so much.

No I couldn't really get there but I did uninstall Kodi using the same script as above then I could have everything back to normal. So all good now.
