they were installed by default with mint and updated to the latest versions always..

What did you install that also installed GDM3?

i don't know. i don't install many apps. maybe gimp? maybe veracrypt, or protonvpn [free]?
i don't know what is gdm3..

i just want to use the disc to delete files and copy again.

they said in the shop that it its re writable more than 1000 times

if i have DVD+RW
will brasero allow to delete files on the disc like possible on windows?
