Re: Dual boot issues after moving LM to new disk

Well, I attempted the clean install but had issues with some of the customized installs I had installed before so I reverted. Good news though is that after reverting, then upgrading to LM 19.1, it fixed the slow boot issue.

Re: Dual boot issues after moving LM to new disk

If it comes down to it, that's possibly what I might wind up doing. Still would like to avoid it. But if I have to I'll take a full backup of the laptop and give it a try.

Dual boot issues after moving LM to new disk

Here's what's going on. On my laptop I originally had a single 256GB SSD with Windows 10 (first OS installed), then shrunk the NTFS partition to install LM. I have an ASUS N550J series with a hybrid graphics card (Intel and Nvidia). Got the Nvidia drivers to the most recent compatible version but it obviously did...

Re: install updated network-manager-openvpn 1.2.10

Bah, looks like I'll need to build network-manager and the addons from source which isn't exactly something I want to tackle with my limited Linux capabilities.

install updated network-manager-openvpn 1.2.10

My laptop is currently running 18.2 64bit cinnamon. At home I run an OpenVPN server so I can VPN whenever I'm away. It is configured to allow Google Authenticator to add another layer of protection. The problem is, with the current available version of network-manager-openvpn (1.1.93) it doesn't sup...
