Maybe try Clonezilla, never had to fiddle. Since you also want to go from bigger to smaller disk you would also need Gparted live iso. Can put those on a Ventoy stick. Hi, Update the server side! If not possible, look into alternative software for your router. Another option could be to let a different device take the function of OpenVPN server. Not going to try it but they must have done something in the app to determine if one has a free account.
