[SOLVED] Re: My Date&Time indicator is no longer showing

You were right.
It is not showing as before (it must have been a diff applet). But this one (Calendar) is doing the job, so that's great.
Thank you Moem :)

Re: My Date&Time indicator is no longer showing

What's showing: The applet in the list of Applets (as in the image you posted before).
What's Not showing: the actual time on the lower-right corner of the screen.

Re: My Date&Time indicator is no longer showing

Thank you Moem.
Mine is still there. In fact, it's locked due to being a system applet.

What should I do now?
I'll try rebooting I guess...

[SOLVED] My Date&Time indicator is no longer showing

I did restart Cinnamon, but to no avail.
I found this advice from 2014 to reinstall that indicator. If this is what I need to do, can someone confirm that the command lines apply to me with Linux Mint 19.1?

Thanks guys

Strange and annoying drawing tablet' stylus behavior

Strange drawing tablet' stylus behaviour. The moment the stylus is further than 2 or 3 inches from the drawing tablet the cursor starts moving on its own. It almost looks as if someone else has taken control over it. Is there anything I can do about it? Have a look Thanks guys P.S. I just realized t...

Re: How to know if these Drawing Tablets are compatible?

Thank you so much thx-1138, this helped me choose which one to go with. I went with the one that had a Linux version. I like to think I'll have better support for Linux with them.

We'll see...

Mint 18.3 is refusing to change my password

I need to change the Admin password of the one account in this pc, but every time I try it engages into a process, but it never ends.
Would a command line do a better job? If so, which one is it?

Thank you guys! :)

[Solved] How to remove a Steam game w/out internet?

The thing is, it won't let me run the Steam client app without access to the internet. It only gives me these choices: retry connection, or quit. The only thing I tried was to go to the main menu (with the Super key), found the game, right-clicked on it, chose "uninstall". But it didn't seem to do i...

[SOLVED] Which Wine should I get for 19.1?

According to the tutorial I found I should be getting either the one for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, Linux Mint 19 (bionic main). Or Ubuntu 18.10 / No mention about Mint (cosmic main).
But I have 19.1.

Thanks guys
