I disabled WiFi and I cannot re-enable

It cannot be re-enabled. It seems dead after disabling it. It does not even show the list of Wi-Fi networks available.
What should I do?

Rfkill list all:

0: phy0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: yes
Hard blkcked: no

And then the "kill all" did not fix the issue.

It works with Windows 7 but not with Linux Mint 18.3 Device Name : RTL8811A/RTL8821A USB Software Package - Linux Driver I plug it in and there is no reaction. The Led from the USB is not blinking. This is what appears when I install the install.sh driver for Linux https://pastebin.com/raw/gkWC280c ...

Re: I cannot install Linux Mint

Solved.

I inserted the Windows 7 disk and I just booted from there. Then I just removed something and I booted with the Live CD from Linux.
I don't know why it was so complicated with Live CD with 0 options.

Minimized tabs stay to the center of the screen instead of to the left

Whenever I minimize a tab, either from a webpage or a software program it gets minimized to the bottom center of the screen instead of bottom left.
It was bottom left but I must have changed something and I can't undo this. Any solutions ? thanks

Re: Radeon Drivers and YouTube Choppy videos

So, for users that have an AMD Radeon graphics card, they can't use Mint 18 and above ? That was it ? I'm using Radeon and it's fine, on 18.3. Please see specs below, if anything in there is helpful. I'm using the Mint drivers for it, mesa, etc. Choppy videos might be to do with browser; no issues ...
