You can run inxi from live USB of the Mint version you want to install.

I don't know if that helps you, I had a very strange experience not entering the bios because of hdmi cable that was connected into my laptop, after disconnected it I reentered to bios. All fanless laptops can run Linux Mint. Fan or no fan is irrelevant. The only risk is extremely new hardware that has just hit the market. Why 5.4.0-26? Whats special about it?
It is the default stable kernel was introduced with Ubuntu 20.04.
