Dear community, after a fresh install of LM 18.3 i found a lot of updates in the update manager. I thought, levels 1,2,3 were safe to trust. Dear community, i have been using LM 17.3 KDE 64bit with kernel 3.19.0-32 so far. After downgrading to kernel 3.13.0-143 the maximum screen resolution was 1024x768 with nvidia-304 (recommended). Same after upgrading to kernel 4.4.0-116 . I changed to xserver-xorg-video-nouveau, version 1:1.0.10-1ubu...
