The code output follows and the commands that confuse me are underlined. I would appreciate how I accomplish the suggested changes. I man...

Re: Best WiFi option for Linux Mint 19 desktop?

After reviewing the suggestions of the Forum, I purchased a Panda Wireless Model: PAU09 and was able to connect to the internet. Its installation was easy and it was essentially plug and play. Copy files from external hard drive, CD/DVD, or 3.25" drive

I would like to copy legacy FORTRAN codes from external hard drives, CD/DVDs, and 3.25" diskettes. What commands do I use to copy a file, folder, or the entire contents of the external device? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much for your help. I am now able to create a file in an arbitrary directory, compile, execute, and capture its output.

Create a fortran source file and compile/run it

Hopefully, this question makes sense. I speak Windows, but am totally lost using Linux. I just purchased a computer running Linux Mint with Windows dual boot. It will be used as part of a cancer research project using radioactive beams to treat tumors. The Fortran codes are running on Windows machin...
