I'm also pissed off. It's not clear what to do and what not to do. I have 4 computers on Mint here (for the hole family) I have 2 on 18.3 and 2 on 19.3. 19.3 I did not have the problem on the 2 PC with Mint 19.3 (cinnamon). Those are booting in UEFI and don't have dual boot. I also I did the update ...

Two related questions here...
1) Is it better to
A) 'Restore a recent Timeshift snapshot and blacklist this Grub update.'
or B) use Boot Repair from the LiveCD.

2) In Boot Repair, do you choose "Recommended Repair" or another option ?

Beginner here... Can someone give more details on how to solve this ?
When I these steps, I don't understand steps 2 and 3:
1. Reboot using usb live
2. Boot Repair tool
3. Check disk with Gparted (enjoying the moment)

Just tested with kernel 4.15, same problem (Mint 19.3).
I don't have the problem in Mint 18.3 on any of 3 different computers.
I have the problem only on Mint 19.3.
Is there some sort of DNS caching, of anything related which has changed ?
All websites work perfecty. Only youtube do that.
