Also confirm that I had the same experience as the OP. Working fine now after adding the Yubikey provided udev.

Using LM 19.2 "Tina" Xfce (64-bit).

No, you're not the only one ;) I use Rhythmbox to listen to radio stations and everything is working fine. Not sure why you're getting a message about missing plug-ins.
