Can't Find Where To Download Gimp Resynthesizer

Had it on my computer but did a reinstall and lost it. Now I can't find where to get it back. Also steps to reinstall. Any help is greatly appreciated. I am using Linux Mint 19 Mate. Computer is Lenovo Thinkpad SL 510 32 bit.

I am running Linux Mint 19 Tara with a 32 bit system. I was looking to install google chrome and ran across a page that said Chrome os not available for 32 bit. Is this true? Do I have any options with this? In the meantime I am using Chromium. Would I be better off staying with Chromium? As always ...

Did what JeremyB suggested and it helped a lot, however (and there is always a however in life) I still have some disconnects, but easier to live with.
