Re: Mint 19 xfce : Double monitors caused lagging

That's a 2007 model and Mint 19 has dropped a lot of support for old hardware. This isn't a Mint issue, it involves the Linux kernel, and affects all new distros. I'd try a data backup and clean reinstall of 18.3 Xfce. Thank you so much for your help, and now it's time for me to say goodbye to all ...

Re: LibreOffice Calc crashed so often

Dear deepakdeshp, In the past, I just updated LO by using Update Manager to get the latest version. Crashing came from unpredictable situations. One example - when I aligned text in a cell to be 'center', LO Calc crashed. The only one error message is This window might be busy and is not responding....

LibreOffice Calc crashed so often

I have fully migrated to Linux Mint 19 Tara Xfce and LibreOffice.
And LibreOffice Calc crashed so often in unpredictable activities.
Is it the problem of LibreOffice alone and not related to Linux Mint?

The icon for changing keyboard language is too big.

In the status bar, the icon for changing keyboard language is too big.
I think it should be smaller or equal to the screenshot icon nearby.

Mint 19 xfce : Double monitors caused lagging

Mint 19 xfce + Notebook: Compaq Presario V3000 + intel Core2 Duo In extending screen, everything is slow. For one example - pressing a keyboard to input a letter in a cell in LibreOffice Calc, it takes 7 seconds to display a character in such cell. On the other hand, 1. If the laptop screen is disab...

Hello everyone, I'm from Pathum Thani, THAILAND !

I have a small office.
Now I have 'fully' migrated into Linux Mint and ClearOS.
And from now on, I will start writing BASIC under the LibreOffice Calc.
I may have lots of question. And can you please tell me which board I should post my questions?
