Hmm try to check the UUID of your disk, if it's not the same one, it will be a clue.

It's still slow.. not sure where to look.. I might have found "where" inside the topic you linked about swap. Try this: Delete /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume (make a backup somewhere for safety) and run sudo update-initramfs -u Then reboot. It should fix boot issues due to encryption and swap i...
