Re: Remove LADSPA plugin option

EDIT: well it's a good thing you posted the output here. if you don't have timeshift to undo things create a new text file called /etc/pulse/ default.pa and paste your output from earlier #!/usr/bin/pulseaudio -nF # # This file is part of PulseAudio. # # PulseAudio is free software; you can redistr...

Re: Remove LADSPA plugin option

locate default.pa should tell you where default.pa is loaded from. (maximize the Terminal to get a better output) i don't see ladspa being loaded from your /etc/pulse/ and the only other locations in theory should be .config/pulse from your home directory Ok, i found it, I had view hidden files off...

Any help is appreciated.
Did you try a reboot?

I'm using LM 19.1 xfce. Installed pulseaudio equalizer, didn't like the results. I uninstalled it but I can't get rid of the (LADSPA plugin mutiband eq on built in audio analog stereo) option on my xfce pulseaudio panel. It loads by default. I want built-in analog stereo option to load by default. T...

Re: automount usb drive at boot

I'm sure if it is the same in cinnamon, but in 19.1 xfce, you right click on desktop, desktop settings, icons, default icons, choose removable devices for the drive to show on the desktop. For it to automount go to menu, removable drives and media, select storage, select browse removable media when ...

Re: New SSD Install dual boot LM not recognized as UEFI

Okay. It's not always easy to know which SSD or USB you're referring to, but I think I got it. Anyhow, if you're able to boot the LM installation USB in UEFI mode, you can get and run boot-repair on that. sudo add-apt-repository ppa:yannubuntu/boot-repair sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install -y...

Re: New SSD Install dual boot LM not recognized as UEFI

Perhaps if you could boot into your Mint installation (or your live/installation usb), open a terminal, run the following command: sudo parted -l (that is lower L) and copy/paste the output back here between code tags (that is
xxxxxxxxx
), it could give those forum members who are able...

I had 2 sata drives in computer. One with LM 18.3, one with windows. I installed LM 19.1 on the SSD. I removed the LM 18.3 drive used the same slot to install the SSD. When I installed LM 19.1 on the SSD, I know I flagged it boot, maybe my problem is not flagging it with efi if that is possible. Dow...
