Re: CPUFreq Governor changes automatically

Solved. I removed completly in synaptics all the cpufreq instaled items and installed only indicator-cpufreq (which installed a dependent package) . Also I noticed that rambox.app/ installed from snap was using 25% of cpu load all the time (100% of 1 core probably) and also uninstalled and now it is...

[SOLVED] CPUFreq Governor changes automatically

Hello. I recently instaled LMDE 4 and indicator-cpufreq, disabled intel_pstate in grub and I don't know why the governor changes continuously from whatever I select to "performance" in a question of minutes without any reason. Doesn't matter if I change it from the icon of indicator-cpufreq or if i ...

I forgot to say that changing to the original kernel of mint 19.1 doesn't change anything. I don't think is a kernel issue.

Re: Cursor freeze on Mint 19

Hello. I have the same problem described by drwho. I have a Lenovo E31-70 and since one update of Mint 19.1, in less than 30 or 40 min using the touchpad, this suddenly freezes and then there are different solutions: - Restart. But not always works again after rebooting. - Suspend. The same that res...
