How can I change the creator of file or directory and permit users to change its mods. I mean when I type sudo su in the terminal then create a file or directory. Every time I ran update manager it is saying fix broken package then i go to synaptic package manager(i hope the spelling is right) and reinstalled it. SO it keep saying the same broken message. Is this a BIOS or UEFI machine? Installing to a USB drive if using a UEFI machine is more difficult to get right as grub will by default be installed in the EFI/ESP partition on the system's first disk, usually the internal hard disk, of course, not to the USB disk Perhaps running the Boot-info scr...

It is just installed but did not booting. BIOS is working excellent, linux mint xfce live version even better, but fully installed flash drive is getting mad and refusing to work. Please idk what to do
