Pix Editor "Healing" option

Using 18.1 Cinnamon and the wife really likes doing everything with her photos in Pix, she just misses having a healing tool. She struggles a bit to fully figure out GIMP

Thanks

Re: A Mint Application Panel/Taskbar

I for one am sick of all the fuss in the Linux world over looks in general, what is needed more is development focus and monies to go to better applications. Once the Linux community develops apps that are on par or better than the proprietary options then people won't have as much issue with the sw...

Re: Closing the lid killed my laptop

Pull the CMOS battery and short the two clips for the battery to wipe the the CMOS memory and try again. I know that the CMOS battery can be a real PIA in laptops, good luck.

Re: flashdrive install problem

But is that the native resolution of the monitor? If not that may be why you're getting a reset.

Re: flashdrive install problem

Use your Windows recovery disk to rewrite the MBR with the windows, then either insert the stick and write grub to it or re-install it to the stick and make sure to put grub on the USB. After that point you could set your BIOS to boot from USB as the first option, then anytime you boot with the USB ...

Re: Suddenly unable to boot up Mint...

Can I inquire as to why you didn't just use the mint package manager instead of the terminal? The package manager is a filtered type of program so that you're not installing programs that could potentially cause issues. Not to be a nit pick or downer but did you look at the output of what packages w...

Please refrain from double posting the same issues. Go into the control panel and look under the sound menu, maybe a sound package isn't picked as default.
