Re: Required free space

Not OK. You should always maintain 20 - 25 % free space on a Linux partition, in order to prevent file fragmentation. Clean up safely, like this: https://easylinuxtipsproject.blogspot.com/p/clean-mint.html Thank you i did what it said but still all the free space in 2.4GB and it's not enough what e...

Re: having trouble with Driver Manager

See the release notes on how to boot with the nomodeset option, that should get you past the black screen. Then install the nvidia driver via driver manager and reboot. Next time be careful with the commands you are running/have a Timeshift snapshot at hand for easy rollback. As I had mentioned abo...

Re: having trouble with Driver Manager

When you ran ubuntu-drivers autoinstall, did it all go okay? No idea why it would do that, I have removed and reinstalled the nvidia drivers more than a couple of times (had some issues with it including the greyed out bug you experienced) and that has never happened to me. Try logging in (Ctrl + A...

Re: having trouble with Driver Manager

Alright, there you go, either an issue in your network or with the torproject.org server your network is connecting to (works fine from my end). You can either wait until that issue fixes itself or go disable the repository for now (see Software Sources > Additional Repositories). Thank you i did t...

Re: having trouble with DRIVER MANAGER

When I had this issue it was because I hadn't added the spotify repository key. When driver manager started, it would attempt to load from that repo, fail, and tell me to check the internet connection. What sources can you see when you open up "Software Sources"? 2 sources both tor project I've got...

Do you require usage of a proxy configured? That tends to cause issues.
