Looking for a timer with different options
I edit lectures and while listening to them I need to mark the time when the person coughs etc. so I can edit that out later. It would be great to be able to click each time that happens and save it at the end so when I get the audio file I can look back at the saved times in the timer app and know ...

Re: <SOLVED> Zoom - getting hung up
Got this figured out, if I "exit" out after leaving the meeting it stops a process and I'm able to rejoin the meeting again.
Thanks @wallyUSA for your help with this. And thank you everyone else for your help as well.
Great forum!

Re: Zoom - getting hung up
@wallyUSA When the host tells us its time to leave the meeting I click the red Leave Meeting button once and I'm out. When trying to rejoin I click on the Join button and type in the meeting ID and password (I haven't used a link). I have not tried the Return to Meeting, don't think I have ever seen...

Re: Zoom - getting hung up
Or is there something that I can run before I start zoom that would give me a log file of what is going on when I end the meeting and zoom doesn't work?
Thanks again.
Thanks again.

Re: Zoom - getting hung up
Thanks for your reply. I have contacted Zoom support and they told me that they could not help me as they were too busy or something like that. I have never received an answer like that and I should have saved it. Just trying to troubleshoot on my own, I am not the host and the other 8 people do not...

Re: Old Tomboy Notes
I did the same thing. It would be great if I could get those old Tomboy Notes back. But not if I have to go through too much pain.

Re: Windows Store Apps in Linux
Just wanted to update this in case anyone happened on it. I took the advice of those 2 folks in the previous post. In short, I downloaded Win 10 and installed it as a VirtualBox VM. Then went to the Windows store and was able to download the OliveTree app. It has been working great and I have not pu...

Re: Dell Optiplex 740 slow to boot and load 19.3
Thanks Petermint. I have a friend who's wife just died from cancer. He's a truck driver and hasn't had the need use a computer. But now he's laid up with some medical issue so I thought I'd give him this one to get him started. So it looks like replacing that drive will boost my start up then. Thank...

Dell Optiplex 740 slow to boot and load 19.3
I'm new to this and this is my first post. I've read the instructions so here it goes... I've got an old Dell Optiplex 740 that's slow to boot and slow to load. It's not too bad as the total time is about 3 min. But I'm thinking it could be better. I ran a couple of commands and which I'm going to p...

Re: Windows Store Apps in Linux
AgingSaint,
Did you ever find a solution to getting OliveTree installed on Mint? That is the only thing that is keeping me from leaving Windows all the way to Mint.
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Mark
