I have used Manjaro Cinnamon before I found Mint. It was okay as an operating system...but what it lacked was stability. I did like how I could customize which office suite I wanted, among other programs. But after using Mint, I trust Mint's stability and security over Manjaro's anyday.

Having used and paid for Zorin Ultimate, I always ended up installing the cinnamon de onto it. I couldn't stand the default setup. As for POPos I did not like gnome at all. So I find solace and comfort in using Linux Mint.

You could try xfburn or Brasero for a program to do that...depending on what it is you are trying to write to a dvd/cd

I was shocked to find out Windows10 ISOs run in 32 bit mode! That is weird to me...especially with Linux distros not following suit... :shock:

As an update-
I raised the volume on Alsamixer and am installing pulseaudio so let see if that solves my problem

Hello, I have Linux Mint 20.1 and am at a loss here. I am casting my Dish Anywhere to another television from the Linux Mint. I have the volume at level 78 and still can barely hear it and have the volume up at maximum on my mint. How can I increase the volume on the streaming part of the chrome app...

Hey all,
I am having a proble-my tp link wn823n wifi usb adapter is seen in Mint 20.1. However when I try to connect it let alone keep it connected after a reboot it refuses to do so. How can I make this happen?
