With the ”Bus error” a fix ususally is to add pci=nomsi and pci=noaer options in the /etc/default/grub ´s following lines GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="pci=nomsi" GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="pci=noaer" After editing must run sudo update-grub Thanks, I just fixed the AER error issue using similar steps. [Solved] Optimize SSD in Linux?

Hi,
Is it recommended to optimize solid-state drive (SSD) in Linux Mint? If yes, is optimization performed regularly and automatically (like in Windows 10) or should I manually use some software to do the work. If yes what software?
