You can see if you have Wine installed correctly by typing winecfg in terminal. If the configuration window pops up, you should be good to go. Open Lutris, search/install Blizzard Battle.net launcher and install the game from there.

If you already have Wine installed you can just add Blizzard launcher to Lutris and install it from there
