Hi nolag, You might like to take a look at Remastersys: http://www.remastersys.com/ Remastersys is a tool that can be used to do 2 things with an existing Debian, Ubuntu or derivative installation. It can make a full system backup including personal data to a live cd or dvd that you can use anywhere...

If you use the 'dist' option in Remastersys it excludes /home, so the size limit is easier & privacy is maintained.

Have you tried this simple Broadcom fix? Works on _buntu base 9.10, 10.04 & 10.10. Don't worry that it talks about Dell too.

Worked immed after install for me!!! ( If that's 'out of the box?!). Wireless no probs, Mobile Broadband no prob. Dual boot with Vista no prob, triple boot with Crunchbang - no prob. :D
