But, will it be worth the wait? Because if it gets imported here in my country, i'll buy the 3070. 6 months for Arch-based, and 15 months for LTS distros? Arch-based? The tarball is the tar file you downloaded from the internet. The tar.gz file you mentioned. But, you said you downloaded it now at the software cebter now right? Try launching it at the Menu.

Go to where the downloaded file is located. Then, double-click. Post a picture of the contents of the tarball. Also, Minecraft is in the Software Center.

This was wayy back, but congrats! It's been a long time since I used Mint as my laptop got broken. I use Arch temporarily. Congrats again!

Press anything from ESC-F12. From there, there are logs you can see whether something failed or what's it's doing. Same method when booting up as well.

This isn't a Linux reason. It's probably because of a recent update of Windows. Try Win+S and see if it works.
