I'm not up on wifi issues, but does this return anything other than the BT stuff: dmesg | grep 8723 And is there any kind of wifi switch on the device? Yeah this has been asked thousands of time before, but unfortunately none of the fixes online are still relevant. the repo that is referenced in that thread has been deleted.

Yes a rtl8723bs which is not being detected, but it is being detected as a bluetooth device. i dont know what this means but it is SDIO, not PCI
