I do not want to move the item to another part of the menu. Firefox is already on the Internet menu on the right, do I drag it to Trash?

On the Menu there is two sections. On the left is the Favourites. How do you remove or add items to this list. I do not see that in the Configure option for the Menu.

Single Player Games
When I was using Debian I had several Single Player Games that I enjoyed. I have not been able to find the for Mint. I am not interested in having to load 7 other games to get the one I want. Do these games exist for Mint: AisleRot Solitaire FreeCell Solitaire Lagno Mahjongg Mines Shisen-Sho Nathan

I am reading the How to make a bootable DVD in the Documentation.
It says: Burn the content of the ISO onto the DVD, not the ISO file itself.
It does not say how to tell xfburn to extract the content.

I am trying to download Mint for the first time. I am using Debian on this computer and want to try Mint on another computer that at the present time does no have anything on it.
I tried putting Etcher on a different drive and rebooted as Root, it still will not let me make the change.

I downloaded the file. I extracted it. I clicked on it and a window comes up to say: Open with I close the window.
