KRDC blurry/Ghosting

I have posted this with a photo at the Kubuntu Forum as well as KDE forums Has anyone else seen this issue or have any thoughts on what it might be? I am trying to take control of a second KDE machine that is and they are both the same version, the screen is blurry and I cannot seem to get the mouse...
