I've tried different mirrors at each attempted upgrade in case the problem was with just one mirror not having the right files, but it always switches back to linuxmint.com when the upgrade is initiated. There seems to be a bug in the Mint Upgrade part of the Update Manager. Every time I try to upgrade Mint20 to Mint20.1 I get a very slow connection (14 kilobytes per second).
