The scrolling speed of my mouse is very low. Why is it not in the system settings?
I know I can change it in QT5, but system settings would be more logical.

[SOLVED] Why does automatic update take so long?
For at least half an hour I can not switch off my laptop because 'automatic update' is taking place.

Doing it manually is not possible.

Re: Birdtray not working after fresh installation Mint 21
Maybe you should try this: - Remove the existing installation. - Take a picture with Timeshift. - Try the flatpak version, even though it's 2.x gigabytes. - If that doesn't work, restore the system with flatpak to remove the excess. 2 GB for Birdtray? Mint offers Birdtray as 'flathub'; is this what...

I downgraded and upgraded again, and there are no problems now. Don't understand what went wrong.

Re: Broken package; old kernel
Thank you cosmo.
But even after 'repair' I can not remove an old kernel.
Long story short:
apparently there is a link between InSync and the old kernel. I can not remove either of them; (unchecked the InSync repo, restarted Mint and so on)

Thank you trytip, but I used Timeshift to go back to 20.3.
I will give LM21 later another try. No time now.

Re: No bluetooth after upgrade to LM 21
I used Timeshift to reverse to LM20.3, took me less then 10 minutes!
Thank you again. I will stay at 20.3 for now; upgraded just out of curiosity.

Did you upgrade your dual boot system Mint/Windows from W10 to W11? Could you start Mint afterwards, or did it break GRUB?
I am curious to know your findings.

Re: Dejadup makes backup, but says failure
Today, Dejadup again said 'backup failed' ... If the entire error is "backup failed", it's going to be challenging to assess what the problem is. Does Deja Dup have any logs that you can review? Do you have enough disk space for the size of the backup you're attempting? 'Backup failed' is...
