Re: Cant mount hd Isadora m3a32

Update:
I`ve been reading forums for different distributions and it appears that the Marvell SATAII controller simply doesnt work with the kernel from ubuntu 9.04 and newer.
I`ll install linux mint 7 and use that if possible or drop the extra two disks.

Shout if anyone get it to work.

(got to do this both for ubuntu10.04/mint9 and windows7) Then afterwards connect the other drives and enable both the main SATA controller and the marvel...

Re: Cant mount hd Isadora m3a32

Uppdate: Now I have tried to install Isadora on an ASUS m2n32 ws pro motherboard. A computer I am going to use as a file server. And I get the same problems. However I think the problem is connected to the marvell sata II controller that are on both motherboards. I need to enable it to be able to us...

Re: Cant mount hd Isadora m3a32

yes. Thats what I thought. but.. As I stated in the original post I have tried all the bios combinations there is. No I dont have a raid setup on the disks. The sata controllers in BIOS are set to IDE per user manual for parallel physical storage. Windows 7 detects my drives fine. I managed to mount...

I have a m3a32-mvp deluxe wifi motherboard. and I had to install Isadora with only one disk connected and extra sata/raid controllers disabled in BIOS to make it work. Here is termi...

Re: ATI radeon graphics

A) Sorry about bad language. I will be more formal. Reason I wrote what I wrote was: Yesterday I worked all day trying to get my graphics cards to work and I could find no other info than this post that put me down a bit because it took away a good portion of the hope and the motivation for me to se...
