I myself use rustdesk on all my desktop systems and nomachine for phone connection.
But Anydesk seems also an easy option to setup. I have connected to a forum member on multiple occasions (Netherlands to Las vegas) and it runs great!

You can start a conky with a timer.

Download this, unpack in your conky folder and run it.

Try temporary remove the needles lua and the conky_main line.. see if the images show.
If that does the trick, maybe switch the paths/lua files.. just guessing here.

Run my conky usage conky to see how much of the 42% that conky uses..
