Re: Linux Wacom HOW TO

I have a Cintiq and a Linux Mint computer, but seriously, it's easier to switch to Ubuntu, which has built in Wacom support. What happened to a user friendly OS if you need to go through all of that? Linux is supposed to be easy, even for us "simple" fellas who do not fancy the terminal. Not that I ...

Re: New Linux Mint graphical profile?

Actually, over the years a idea has grown in my mind that might sound controversial, but I think that the team should consider abandoning the "Linux" in "Linux Mint". Just Mint . Plain and simple. The reasons behind this idea are many. The word Linux can be associated with complicated computery ... ...

Re: New Linux Mint graphical profile?

Do so. If you ever need any support, PM me. I'll gladly throw my five-cents in behind it. Have you done any work with themes and that sort of thing? I'm thinking you might have an easier time selling your logo if it could be included in a cool theme. Thank you! I don't have any experience in making...

Re: New Linux Mint graphical profile?

* When it comes to the logotype, actually today it is so established among people so im not sure it is the best idea anymore to completely change it. Maybe tweak it a Little, but try to keep the essential look. Unless the Mint Team has a completely new direction for Linux Mint, when it comes to the...

Re: New Linux Mint graphical profile?

I still think Troken has some valid points here. Thanks Zwopper. Yes, even if this discussion is six years old now, it is more relevant than ever. Today, Linux Mint is the (probably) most popular Linux OS out there. From a communicators standpoint, I can not see any real consistent graphical idea -...

Thank you SanfordandSunRa, I managed to switch according to your instructions. However, its still choppy. But... if I download the video from Youtube and play in XBMC, its perfect. I do not understand. The computer can apparently play the video nicely, but not in Firefox/VLC etc.

Did it work in Ubuntu? Hm... might try it on that computer. It's pretty much impossible to work and to constantly type in passwords.

Hi, I have the same problem. Its odd since the computer can play HD movies smooth in VLC and XBMC.

How do I install the mint-flashplugin-10.2:i386 (10.2.153.1)?
