Re: malware removal software recommendation

Not Malware. Probably your Chrome profile is corrupt. I would reset your profile back to the start. I have strange issues with Chrome a lot

Re: Tried the others, came back to Mint. It is good to be home...

Tried MX and Manjaro and Lubuntu, many others. the only version that I like, and will continue to use, is 18.3 Cinnamon, simply because it is so smooooth and svelte. it just simply performs, day after day without giving me any problems..... ( this all ignores my learning period back when ) I despis...

Re: Has anyone tried out the Distro Feren

I tried Feren just a while ago just to see if this screen casting issue with Mint exist. The live distro answered what I needed to find. Now I now it's a Mint issue. I'll be replacing Mint for the time being until the issue disappears. Interesting  I really do like Feren but I just don't see...

Feren is based on Mint 19 and uses Cinnamon. I fail to see how this would fix problems with an existing Mint install.
This is what I was testing. I read an article that said Feren fixes all the problems with Mint 19.1 :?: :?: :?:

Re: Has anyone tried out the Distro Feren

My gaming laptop is setup with Linux 19.1 MATE and dual boot Feren (Newest release). I can't really see a lot of difference in speed. I do like Feren but I don't see where it's any better than 19.1 :?:

I'm running it on my Virtual machine and it runs very well. It also runs well off a USB drive.

Re: Tesla and Autopilot crashes...

My wife and I just did a 12 day trip in Arizona and Utah. We rented a Toyota SUV. She found out real fast that the thing would steer on it's own while on cruise control. Didn't take me long to find the manual and turn that snit off
