I found a Distro that is great for slow 32 bit computers. Bodhi Linux based on Ubuntu. Beautiful desktop and fast. Best of all install is a breeze :mrgreen:

Can you go into the Advanced mode on GRUB and boot from another Kernel? You may need to hold the Shift key down at bootup to get to the menu mode

No expert here but you could boot into Mint and run sudo update-grub Maybe then the other partition will show up :?:

Credit Karma offers FREE tax service and e-filing but I'm not sure about Canadian :?: You could check though. I've used it and compared it with TurboTax and it was right on.

Got an older Toshiba NB205 mini laptop I like to travel with. Slow as slow. I put 2meg in it and a SSD and it's still SLOW. I guess I can try Chromium because FireFox is killing this little guy :mrgreen:
