Yeah, I saw that DisplayLink drivers were being worked on, but I wasn't able to tell if they were far enough along yet to be useful. I think I'm going to go ahead and order a DisplayLink USB VGA and see how it goes, I'll post an update when I get it.

Has anyone heard anything about support for any of the USB external video cards? Right on,

I figure I'll just install the gnome version too, then make sure the new kde's installed. I'd just prefer to keep the gnome off since I don't use it.
