Installed on my Dell 700m laptop (512Mb RAM & integrated graphics) with no problems at all

Had the same 'NTLDR is missing' message a couple of days back when I was messing around trying to add a 2nd linux partition to my existing mint and xp dual-boot. Downloaded the iso, burnt at 4x and booted onto laptop.

All is fine and now seeding the torrent for everyone else to grab.

Many thanks for the how-to Alephcat. Worked perfectly for me.

The only thing I changed was to copy my xorg.conf first before editing. Screwed up my system too many times by not doing that beforehand

I've tried 0.92, 0.93 Big Daddy and 0.94 Release 1. They all worked sort of okay but had major problems with wireless on the laptop and screen size on my desktop. Found Mint and have never looked back since. Just waiting for Bianca stable to come out so I can wipe the windows partition from my deskt...

Any chance of getting it at 1680x1050 resolution to fit my monitor??

I had the same problem when I first loaded Bianca but just went into Control Center|Administration|Language Support and unchecked all the languages I wasn't interested in.

I've never been bothered with any requests for language updates since then.
