The 1st thing... is to see if hardware decoding (hwdec in mpv-speak) is turned on. If it is, turn it off. Thank you very much. That worked. In Celluloid. Choose ' Preferences ' Choose ' Miscellaneous ' tab At the panel bottom, under " Extra mpv options: " Change to: hwdec=no Click Save .
