The answer is no. Bios is a electronic chip with a firmware installed on your motherboard, linux doesn't have nothing to do with it AFAIK.

I have read on internet somewhere, I don't remember now that Google Chrome and Adobe itself will stop support for Flash Player in 2020, maybe if you Google it you can find some news about it!

Dropbox is a cloud storage for files that you want to share with a person or a group online, do not use it for personal files storage, just for files that are not private and you want to share with someone else, hope this helps answering your questions!
