How to get Brother MFC-7220 drivers right and print/scan

I have LM 9 set up and a Brother MFC-7220 Laser Scanner/Printer/Fax I installed all the CUPS required for printer and the LPR but when I go to print a test page no signal goes to the printer

what gives? any help plz?

How to Boot LM9 Live CD with HDMI output

How do I install a Live CD of LM9 on a Dell Studio 540S with a HDMI output? I am trying to figure out how to change the output to VGA but no success....help! I really want to wipe vista and put LM9 on it!

nvm its corrected i had to go to the "custom" settings in the game and I achieved the graphics setting I wanted. Now Linux Mint is all I need!

Runescape being shown in "Low" setting with "High" Setting

In Windows 7 Runescape can be played in "High" Graphics no problem. But in Linux Mint there is an issue where it will make the playable screen 800X600 which I make 1280X600 but the graphic rendering is still "low" even though I set it to "HIGH". ok thanks...but do i enter a command in the terminal? could you tell me step by step on what program to execute? do i click to execute type some line in the terminal to execute ? what do I do?
