My Linux Mint 20.3 Una (Mate) now shows the video files as being 1 hour out.
On the video itself it shows 3:55pm (I assume it's pm) and the Linux Modified date time shows 14:55 which is equivalent to 2:55pm.

I've found that on the Garmin 57 in the settings I can set it to UTC.
I will now see how it goes.

No we were not driving in the middle of the night. We were driving during the day.
The date modified as I understand it, should be the date and time the file was created on the Garmin - but it is not.
