My only complaint is that UP5 is taking 3 times longer to update than it would to install and configure a fresh copy of Mint. This isn't counting the download time.

From the site. " To run this file you need to make it executable, or enter “sh eagle-lin-6.2.0.run” in a shell window."

So basically.
Right click the file, click properties and tick the executable box. Now you should be able to click and run it.

I'm using the Cinnamon build of Mint 13. The Xfce version didn't recognize my Logitech unifying keyboard and mouse, so that was DOA. Anyway.. I just noticed this also. I'll have to see if Avant Window Navigator's icon bounce when they need attention. This is a show stopper bug, at least for me.

People swear by FireFtp, but I stick with Filezilla. I also like CrossFTP for FXP stuff. FlashFXP is on my short list of window programs I miss.
