Thanks for the info xenopeek. I was aware of some of this but not the fact that operating systems could not distribute OpenOffice. Guess I'll stick with LibreOffice. To your Question...You can install OO...Remove LO(They Don't Play Nice With Each Other) As Other Post Noted Go to their Site Download...

One thing i have found...Some DVD Will Not Boot Linux Distros But work fine for other Things

Nope. They aren't in any of the trashes at all. What happens is that they seem like they disappeared. So I unmount, then remount the drive as root, and whoa the files are back! But why do they disappear in the first place? Maybe You Could Help Us Here :)...What OS are you Using?...What Kind Of Comp...

Appreciate your reply! The XP disk is a restore disk that I have used several times on this computer and it puts the condition of the HDD to factory new. Your Best Out would be to install Windows...Then Install Mint(Linux)...Restore or reg. Windows Installers Over Write the HDD :( ,Most Linux DVD's...
