debian proberly, after installing lmde i fell in love with a debian base. or simplyMEPIS because it works great... (BUT ITS KDE 0___0 )

that mint still hasnt installed a simpler file manager, like nautilus elementary/melvin because that would fit perfectly in mint.

simple: i coudnt buy a windows license, so i was looking for a free operating system, i heard of linux before, but not very much. (my computer @ that time conisted of hardware put together and dumped in a cardboard box :) )

64 bit, mainly because systems specs keep risiing, and 32 bit isnt even fabricated mainly anymore

my new desktop, didnt changed much, only replaced it with a more scary/darker wallpaper. and edited something on my conky (fixed my network problem not showing)

except the problem linux has in general about hardware support. everything works nice. theme is awesome. although i would considering chaning some default applications to others.

if you want to use maximun processing and power for your editing you should choose a lightweight version of mint (like openbox or lxde)
