I thought about it againt.
I search a hibernate option in the power management menu.
Hibernate does work with the hibernate button on my pc. the swap partition can t be the prob.

Power Management LXDE hibernate

I miss the option hibernate if idel in the power management. There is only available send computer to sleep if inactive. Is it possible to activate hibernate, or perhaps to install a aplication that has this feature?

Same prob here. I did ask in the forum but nobody answered.
Can please someone of the developer team answer, if the prob is known and if they are working to fix it?
Its realy frustraiting.
Every third boot my system freece when the small Linux Mint letters switch to bigger letters on the bootscreen.

I use a Pentum celeron 633 MHZ and 386 mb ram. But even with that system 100% processor usage shouldnt be normal. Can you tell me how big is the diffrence on your pc, if you disable pcmanfm --d in the /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE/autostart file?

Hi, i installed Mint 9 LXDE RC on a Computer with Intel Celeron 633 MHZ. It works fine, but i wonder about the processor usage wich stay at 100% the whole time. I tried to reduce the usage by clear some entries of the autostart list. Finaly i found out that pcmanfm --Desktop does decrease the usage ...

GShutdown doesnt work

Hi,
i installed GShutdown to automaticly Shutdown my PC. GShutdown does close the session, but seems not to be able to halt my pc.
Only solution i found was console: shutdown -h +<time>
Is it possible to fix GShutdown to do what i want?
