No, no luck as of yet. I don't know how to get it to show up in the "wireless" area of the control center. . .

I downloaded a utility called Wifi Rader. It can detect my home network but won't aquire the IP address. Apparently Linux can detect and use my wireless card, I'm just inept at getting online. :(

After updating the system, it still isn't detecting any networks when I go into the network connections pane. To be honest I'm not even sure it's detecting my wireless card.

Some other details;

Using Mint 9.

Ethernet Controller: Intel 82566MM Gigabit Network Connection (rev 03)

I have not been able to find the driver under Windows Wireless Drivers.

Hey all, new to Linux. Dual-booting with Windows 7. I'm trying to figure out how to get on to my home's wireless--I'm not even sure where to start.
