In the end I had to use a WiFi extender that I could configure to run at 5GHz and force my laptop to only connect at 5GHz, allowing BT to use 2.4GHz unhindered.

Does anyone know how I can get a BT speaker to work simultaneously with Wi-Fi ?

If not, and this is a bug, where should I submit it ?
