Re: mint 9 gnome.. Nvidia to ATI.. can't install ATI

Thanks for the info. I was really confused, because benchmarks here say that Radeon beats Nvidia chips in almost every aspect, while this review claims something quite contrary. Taking driver problems on Linux into account I am really wondering if it is worth to go for Radeon... ATi is still ahead ...

What do you mean you can't make a backup? You can do this with the default windows utility: Choose "Start," then enter "Backup" into the search field. Select "Backup and Restore Center" from items listed in the search results. Or you can use Norton Ghost. Which is what ...

Why are you using 64bits? You only have 2gigs of ram, so 32bits is more than sufficient.
You get errors too if your processor doesn't support 64bit. Try to install/boot the 32bits version.

I really like what you've done.
As for combining them, check the licenses. Usually people let you do that, but you'll have to give them credit.

Yes, I would love to see a green control set aswell in the package.

Looking forward to the release :)

Re: Release: Linux Mint 10 RC

I've downloaded the Mint 10 64 bit ISO, and have -installed- it on my USB with Universal USB Installer.
