There is no auto run on the Linux 12 iso disc that I can find.
So how can I dual boot with windows 7 ? Can someone explain this simple process ? Please and thank you!!!

I'm not really a newbie but................I'm using a Windows 7 laptop. I left Linux for a year and a half ago
how do I get all 7 files that come together when I d-loaded it so I don't ruin a DVD?
I want to try out the live 64bit Mint 12 ASAP.

do any of these apps listed convert ....say, mp3's to cd's playable on an ordinary cd player, or do I have to resort to soundconverter or some such to get an audio cd?

I love Exaile but it doesn't seem to work. Is there a fix for this?

where is Gnome baker? I read about it being used but don't see it available.

for instance I start my web browser and I am not able to see it on the panel......so if I decide to minimize the browser(or anything else)I'[m stuck without I tried restarting and...nothing changed

when I check Hardware Drivers it just says "no proprietary drivers in use"
I'm afraid to install these through th package manager figuring I might have to reinstall my dual boot. (LM9 4 times now)

It does not seem that LM 9 will restart all the time. The standard LM9 video driver for my NVIDIA TNT Riva card shows everything in a very small way, makes reading And looking at things tough. I reinstalled everything and all my drives are present.

I could reinstall again but would like to figure out what is going on. I doubt the drive quit, worked on the previous install of LM9. I don't have another drive at the moment to swap it out with anyway.

after I reinstalled LM9 all the screensavers worked, now the GL ones don't work again. Nothing has been changed. Is this just my box or has it happened to anyone else?

I just reinstalled LM9. The only drive I've been using(other than my HDD's), my cd/dvd drive isn't showing up. It was there on the previous install, but not now. Shows up in the BIOS
